We are pleased to announce that Menos Ltd. received the FSC^® (Forest Stewardship Council^®) Certificate, No: DNV-COC-001403 (license number FSC-C133501), effective from 23/12/2021 to 23/12/2026. The principles and rules of the FSC^®’s certification system are intended for the entire area of the forestry chain and the product’s chain of origin (i.e. from the forest to the client). The FSC^® Certificate confirms our company's full commitment to the process of environmentally friendly products manufacturing practice.

The FSC^® logo is recognized all over the world; it is placed on the product and it represents a proof of diligence, care for wooded areas, their use and management.

The RESY logo confirms that our company belongs to the current organizational and legal system related to packaging waste management. Each RESY certified company receives its individual identification number. This logo may only be used on transport and outer packaging made of paper and cardboard.

About 50% of all paper used in Poland is recycled. The wastepaper can be processed 6-7 times while maintaining the fiber properties. The use of recycled paper as a production raw material allows to reduce energy consumption by 50% in comparison to paper made of wood.

The aim of the project is to purchase new innovative and more ecological, energy-saving machines.
Within the framework of the project we forecast the following investments mainly in machinery and equipment, as well as the IT system.

The purchase of software will enable the elimination of paper documents from the internal and external circulation, and the purchase of barcode-based equipment will improve the functioning of the company and allow for fuller supervision of individual stages of the production process, as well as shorten the time of order execution.

The purchase of a CNC plotter will allow to reduce the time of preparation of test copies significantly. It will allow to shorten the time of delivering test copies to a potential customer from 3 (sometimes 7) working days to 1 up to 2 working days. In addition, the purchase of design software will enable a quick change of the design and, thus, meet the expectations of customers. This is an important part of the order processing, because most of new customers (about 90%) want to see a test copy before placing an order.

The purchase of a flexographic printer in relation to the current solutions will bring savings with regard to electricity through the use of energy recovery units, water consumption of 50% and reduction of ink loss of 80%.

The implementation of the project by Menos Ltd. is a way to: meet the market demand, strive for higher quality of offered goods and expand the range of its services and products, using the latest technologies, including IT and machine building achievements. The continuous development is not done to the detriment of the natural environment. We pay a lot of attention to the fact that new machines are more environmentally friendly by means of, for example, using less electricity or water. The development of the company will enable us to offer products of ever higher quality not only in Poland but also abroad.
